Here at Unity of Southeast Texas, we honor the timeless tradition of marriage, while assisting you in creating a unique and memorable ceremony. We welcome and embrace people on all spiritual plains, of every religion and culture. You do not have to be a member of Unity to have your wedding at our lovely facility. We are a non-denominational, interfaith community, and our Wedding Team wants to help make your special day a joyous one.
Our beautiful facility accommodates wedding parties of different sizes. We will arrange a very intimate setting of up to 10 people to over 75 guests. We also have a Fellowship Hall that beautifully transforms into a reception area with seating for 100 guests.
We also host Christenings, Memorial Services and family/community gatherings.

The event center is located at Unity Church on 1555 South 23rd Street, Bmt, TX 77707
• The rental cost is $250 for 4 hours, or $375 for 8 hours
• $100 down-payment is required to reserve your date
• The down-payment is not refundable after 3 days, even if you cancel
• Balance of payment is due on or before your event date
• Renters are required to setup and breakdown our furniture, we provide no labor
• Renters are required to clean the facility after the event
• Maximum capacity is 60 persons
• Extra time is allowed for you to setup furniture and decorate; then cleanup after event
• The kitchen has a food-warmer, 2 refrigerators, and microwave. No cook-top; no oven
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside or outside
• No smoking is allowed inside or outside
• Renters may use our children’s playground
• Renters may use our labyrinth
• Renter’s signature is required on a contract
• The event center/church is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries

A beautiful scene for weddings, banquets or corporate events and retreats, the Brown Estate encompasses nearly 20,000 square feet with 14 rooms, including six bathrooms and two foyers. Each room holds history and tells a story of a simpler, yet more majestic time. Architecturally, the Brown Estate is an achievement, both in strength and grace, and has held its inherent beauty for nearly 60 years.
Known throughout Orange County as the premiere event center and wedding venue, the Brown Estate and its staff can cater to events of all kinds. Outstanding food and service options are available, as well as different packages for various occasions. Angel Gardens is an 8-acre park with two gazebos for outdoor weddings, a chapel, and bridal cottage. The property includes a covered pavilion with picnic tables for a reception. One or two day packages and overnight stays at the bridal cottage are available.

Built from the lumber milled off the land where it sits, "The BARN" is a unique retreat facility which caters to weddings, receptions, business meetings, retreats, and banquets. It has an Old Country Setting with all the Modern Amenities.
Although the BARN is rustic, we didn't sacrifice comfort! It has central air and heat with ceiling fans throughout. We offer an up to date kitchen with plenty of counter space to prepare a feast. The main room has a fireplace for a warm winter atmosphere. Depending on sitting arrangements, the downstairs will hold over 150 people sitting at tables. The Barn has cozy spaces that are outfitted with coffee tables and rockers. You can pull up an cowhide chair or rocker and enjoy the grounds from the spacious covered porches.
We can handle as many people as you would like if your event is outside!
Everyone is invited to walk the grounds and for the kids, they can enjoy petting the farm animals. Come join us with your wedding, reception, banquet, reunion, or just schedule your meetings out here in our relaxed atmosphere. We offer catering also.
