Gourmet Weekend - Flavors of Fall/Winter Harvest The flavors of fall combine end of summer favorites with the beginning of hearty winter fare. We will savor the last of the summer garden and celebrate the rich, earthy flavors of fall. Your Gourmet Weekend Retreat begins Saturday afternoon in the kitchen where we prepare our multi-course meal using recipes that incorporate a variety of cooking techniques. Our menu will incorporate hors d oeuvre to start, salad, soup, main dish and a dessert. Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus Mixed Greens with Figs; Butternut Squash Soup; Ossobuco di vitello served with parmesan cheese mash patato, Crepes with autumn fruit and Nutella. Accommodations are additional and are available at Crown Ridge Bed & Breakfast. If Crown Ridge Bed & Breakfast is booked, accommodations are also available at other nearby B&Bs Session Details: Registration Fee: $280.00 for 1 to 6 people Class Policies: Before you register, please review our policies. Includes hands-on instruction, recipe hand-outs, meals prepared by class served with wine/beverage Gourmet Retreats at Crown Ridge Bed & Breakfast– Class Policies Full payment is required at time of registration. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent after registration and payment are processed. 14-day advance notice is required for cancellations. Class fees are non-refundable but the class may be rescheduled or enrollment transferred. A 10% fee will be charged for rescheduling. Cancellation within 14-days of the class date will result in forfeiture of the fee unless the space(s) are resold. If the space(s) are resold, rescheduling to another date will be permitted. Due to the financial impact of last minute cancellations this policy is strictly enforced. Exceptions will not be made regardless of the circumstance or nature of emergency situation. Alcohol is served with the food prepared and will not be served during the class. Non-alcoholic beverages are available during the class. Classes may occasionally be cancelled or rescheduled. If this is necessary, you will receive advance notice and your enrollment will be transferred or refunded. Menus are tentative and may be changed to take advantage of seasonal availability and quality.

Five Course Dinner Charcuterie board with Brie, salami, prosciutto, sausage and fresh bread. Pan seared scallops done in a ginger and orange zest. Braised lamb pappardelle. Porcini mushroom filet mignon, roasted potatoes and a vegetable bundle wrapped in bacon. Brandy and amaretto creme brûlée. $65 per person (Based on a minimum of 6 people, plus taxes and gratuity.)
