Even with just a couple of phone calls and text exchanges before the wedding, she made us feel like we had known her for years! We decided to keep our ceremony outdoors at the lighthouse even though the weather was not exactly on our side. It went from 70 degrees the night before to feeling closer to 45 degrees on a cloudy, windy wedding day! While the sun finally came out right as our ceremony ended, the true sunshine was the positive energy and warmth Deborah brought to the entire experience. She made our ceremony feel so special despite the less-than-ideal conditions. From our sand ceremony to her thoughtful words and the way she beautifully expressed our love story, every part of the ceremony was memorable. She has such a natural ability to make the moment feel heartfelt, comfortable, and meaningful. One of my favorite compliments was from friends who thought Deborah and I already knew each other because of how naturally she connected with us! In reality, we had only met that day after a couple of phone calls and text messages leading up to the wedding. She is just THAT amazing at what she does! Your officiant plays such a meaningful role in one of the most important moments of your life, and I cannot recommend Deborah enough.
