We wanted a venue where our parents could renew their vows in an intimate setting, followed by a reception and dinner. Fairfield Hills Golf Course is the perfect place to host a party like this. It is a quiet, beautiful setting with pristine accommodations. Jim and Helen will go the extra mile to ensure every last detail is exactly what you are hoping for. I can't say enough about how hard everyone works to make the event run smoothly. I highly recommend this venue for weddings, anniversary parties, graduation parties, etc.

My husband and I eloped in Vegas in November of 2022. We wanted to celebrate with family and friends here in Wisconsin afterwards and Fairfield seemed like the perfect place. This golf course holds a special place in my family's heart so it was a no brainer when I saw it as an option for a reception. I never would. have thought it ending up the way it did. Working with Jim for five months was a breeze and he made everything so easy and accommodating. Leading up to the day he was there with updates and questions making sure everything was perfect. The day of was more than perfect and more than we could've asked for. Jim was there making sure everything looked good, which the tent, tables, and everything looked beautiful. The bar was great and there was enough room for dinner, dance, and photos. The place is beautiful and isolated enough to feel out of town but close enough. I would recommend Fairfield Golf Course for a wedding any day!

Jim and Helen were beyond fabulous for helping my husband and I plan our big day! The venue was perfect. It was very stress free for not having to worry about setting up tables, chairs or a tent. They helped with everything from the tent to helping us cut hamburger buns the day of. They made us feel like family. Kept asking us if there was anything else we needed. They offered golf carts to seat our guests from ceremony to reception. Also having golf carts for the bridal party to take photos on the beautiful golf course. First and foremost, the setting at Fairfield Hills is absolutely stunning. The golf course provides a picturesque backdrop for any event, with well-manicured greens and fairways that create a beautiful atmosphere for your guests. The clubhouse itself is spacious and elegant, providing plenty of room for guests to move around and enjoy themselves throughout the evening. But what really sets Fairfield Hills apart is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and accommodating employees who went above and beyond to ensure that our event was a success. The event coordinator, Jim Tracy, was particularly helpful, working with us to find a caterer and tailoring the event towards our needs. Highly recommended for any formal setting.

Amazing and fantastic job — An Eventective User from Cedarburg

From the very first time I meet Jim at the wedding expo in Baraboo I felt like family. He was an amazing down to earth guy who wanted to make sure that everything went as well as it could’ve gone. He was always involved along the way and made sure any questions I had were answered. They only take one wedding a month so he can really focus on your big day for you and not be crazy distracted by other weddings. As the big day got closer for us we had changes in the number of people that were coming, Jim was very accommodating to all the changes in the last month before our wedding. Including getting a smaller tent and less tables for us. Also we had some special requests for my dad as he couldn’t have sugar, so they made sure he had Sprite Zero and made him sugar free tea, which was greatly appreciated. The day of the wedding we ended up with rain and lots of it, I was stuck at the hotel and was calling to figure things out. Jim was great about moving all the stuff from outside to inside the tent for the cermony while it was pouring rain. Even thou the cermony started almost an hour later than it should’ve it all turned out well. Jim and the ladies he had there for the evening to help were absolutely incredible. The ladies helped me set up the decor earlier that morning. They also helped take out the cake and cupcakes and get them all set up. And once everything got going that evening any time anyone from the wedding party would walk into the club house they were always asking if we needed anything or if they could help with anything. After it was all over they were out there to help clean up as well, they brought all of my boxes and bins out to pack stuff up in. And they brought it all to one table so all I had to was just stand there and put it in the bins which was great. So my experience with Jim and the other people at Fairfield hills golf course was absolutely amazing and I would so highly recommend them to anyone thinking about having a smaller wedding at a golf course. They will treat you like family and take amazing care of you, and I personally loved that so much.

My wife and I got married and had our reception (07/24/2021) at the Fairfield Hills Golf Course & Range in Baraboo and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The golf course is lovely, well maintained, and has plenty of beautiful spots for your ceremony and photos. Jim, Helen, and their amazing staff made sure that everything was perfect for our special night. They were extremely accommodating and helped out with things that we hadn’t even thought of. The venue is affordable and definitely worth every dollar. We’d highly recommend Fairfield Hills to anyone looking for a fantastic venue with even better service.
