Kim was hired to capture candid moments at several events during our annual conference, May 31 to June 3rd, 2012, including a golf tournament with 20 teams. She provided outstanding services, she was flexible and professional. When she was asked to cover different events at the same time, she had other professional photographers ensure quality pictures were taken. By the end of our conference she had a great presentation for our closing banquet which can also be challenging since she was asked to cover presentations on Saturday morning. I planned an elopement at Moraine Lake and contacted Kim to be our photographer. She was very responsive, took the time to get to know who we are, and was very flexible on the location. I expressed my desire for type of pictures and she delivered exactly what we were looking for. She helped guide us on time of day for best pictures and made sure to capture the best view points at Moraine Lake. She was very pleasant to work with, delivered the photos in a timely manner, and accommodated some last minute requests. I highly recommend her for any photo needs.

Wedding Photography — An Eventective User from Saskatchewan

I contacted Kim Payant mere days before the Christmas holidays to enquire about having some engagement photos taken during our visit to Banff, AB. Kim was very prompt to reply, and enthusiatically put time into getting to know about my fiance and I. She made an excellent suggestion to re-create the night we met as part of our photo session. Kim contacted the hotel we were staying in, and made arrangements to use a private pub and an exclusive suite with a balcony for our photos. She arrived an hour before we were to meet to prepare all her equipment. I was particularily nervous about getting photos done, and was so surprised how comfortable I was, and how much fun we both had throughout our time with Kim. She allowed Brian and I to make clothing changes and incorperated our suggestions as well ! Kim even took the time to find a secluded area sheltered from the significant wind to get some intimate outdoor shots. She was so prompt in sending us the collection of photos she created with us as well. Brian and I are thrilled with the amazingly beautiful engagement photos she captured. We will cherish them and the time we spent with Kim in lovely Banff, always ! Kim Payant exceeded any expectation we could have possibly had, and I am pleased we are going to keep in touch so I can follow her future sucesses !
