Your all inclusive rental includes the use of round or rectangular banquet tables, indoor and outdoor chairs, use of three flat screen TVs, a full bar with bartender, a beautiful, fully landscaped backyard, courtyard area with arbor, accent lighting, and a giant patio area. Your rental also includes a large furnished bridal suite room so brides and their wedding party can have their private space.

No, you do not have to be affiliated with law enforcement to rent the building. Our facility is open to the general public for all types of events, including weddings, baby showers, sweet sixteen parties, and corporate functions.

Yes, we feature a newly landscaped outdoor space designed around an arbor, along with a spacious patio. The outdoor facility offers unlimited capacity, giving you the flexibility to host larger guest counts.
The rental includes access to the hall, the kitchen, an extremely large 4,644-square-foot patio, a covered barbecue area, and our landscaped outdoor arbor space. We also provide 24 round tables and 15 rectangle tables complete with chairs for your event.
Yes, we allow outside catering at our facility. You are welcome to use your preferred caterer, provided they carry their own liability insurance.

Yes, there is a refundable deposit of $1000.00. Additionally, if your event requires security guards, they are scheduled at a rate of $30.00 per hour each, with a minimum of two guards required.
