I DJ several events every year for Fountainebleau. Their food is always excellent and their staff does a great job with the guests. I always look forward to an event whether it is catered by them at an outside venue or right at Fountainebleau in Avon Lake. The current owner, Melissa, is a perfectionist and it shows in their menu selection and quality. I highly recommend them for a wedding or any event!
