Inside our Highbrow House, you'll find yourself encompassed by authentic antiques, oil paintings, Persian rugs, & wall-to-wall eye candy. Our 1400 sq ft open floorplan features 100-year old wood from ceiling to floor, with RGB led lightbulbs in every fixture. Downstairs has plenty of seating for 33 & enough room to comfortably host 42. We have a 6-seat dining table, which can easily be converted to fit 10 total. Upstairs is an emaculate Moroccan-themed lounge furnished with more Persian rugs & antique tea tables. This space has custom built-in seating for 15 with handmade cusions, & enough pillows to satisfy a marshmallow. Easily access our bar from within the private social house! We also have a small prep kitchen equipped with a commercial sink, toaster, microwave, & refrigerator/freezer. Highbrow House is fully heated, air-conditioned, & has a Sonos sound system that'll be sure to keep the music flowing through every inch of the venue.

Our Thunderdome (tent) is an additional rentable space at Highbrow/Lowbrow. Our fire/wind/snow-rated tent provides extra coverage for your needs. Enjoy dining, dancing, art showcases, silent disco, & more! Our tent is part of the full venue buyout option, combination package, or can be reserved as a stand-alone venue rental. *Tent measurements are 24'x55'x18' complete with lighting & entrance/exits at both ends.

The outdoor venue is shaded by bamboo, pecan, and crepe myrtle trees across 12,000 sq ft. With enough space for about 450 people standing and 118 people seated, there's plenty of room for you to relax, dance, eat, & play bean-bag toss. We have eight custom-built 12' Bald Cypress live-edge picnic tables, which can be situated lengthwise for a 96' dining experience! In addition, there are 14 wine barrel high tops, & 9 spool tables spread throughout the open property. Dimmable/RGB string lights illuminate the atmosphere & parking lot from above, while the firepits below dance to the vibes from our Sonos & Polk audio systems. *After 10pm, outdoor sound can be supplied with our brand new, 3-channel Silent Disco headsets! If you've reserved it for your event, our bar is easily accessible from Lowbrow Garden. We also have 4 porta-johns, & the option to upgrade you to luxury outside accessible restrooms for an additional fee.
