The total space is 3,300 square feet with the main studio floor being 2,500 square feet. There's a front office, a lounge/childcare room, along with 2 bathrooms and a shower.
There is plenty of parking in the front, sides, and back of the building. The back of the building also has double-door access and a ramp to carry large equipment.

The venue includes access to two restrooms, a 65-inch TV in the main area, a dedicated lounge room that can be utilized as a catering area, high-speed WiFi, Bluetooth capabilities, and a sound system with two speakers and both corded and cordless microphones.
Yes! We offer a venue & decor package for up to 50 or 100 guests. This package features complete event decor including chair covers, sashes, table linens, runners, centerpieces, dinnerware, and a custom balloon backdrop display.
Yes, alcohol is permitted. However, clients wishing to serve alcohol must hire an official security officer or sheriff to be present for the duration of the event.
Renters are responsible for removing all items brought into the venue, including trash, decorations, balloons, and linens. Renters must also clean any spills or food from the floor. Please ensure your rental time block accounts for both your setup and breakdown needs.
Yes, we offer wedding planning & day of event coordination.
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Your date is officially locked in once the non-refundable down payment is received and the rental agreement has been completed.
