Making memories for over 100 years, The Wren’s Nest is a National Historic Landmark located in Atlanta’s West End. A house museum and the historic Queen Anne Victorian home of author and journalist Joel Chandler Harris, The Wren’s Nest is a time-capsule most appropriate for modest meet-ups. The property also features a covered wraparound porch, which is perfect for petite parties.
Positioned on more than 2 acres, The Wren’s Nest is one of the city’s most expansive outdoor event venues. When you arrive at our property, you’ll be greeted by a front yard featuring mature magnolias and Georgia oaks. Up to 800 guests can be accommodated on the grounds behind the home, which includes a built-in stage. Although the green space is large, there are also more intimate nooks, such as a reading garden.
This unique venue also offers event enhancements, such as children’s literacy activities, historic house tours, oral storytelling performances, and youth writing workshops. Not only does The Wren’s Nest provide an amazing atmosphere for your next event, but your support also allows it to advance its mission as a nonprofit.
In addition to our facility’s many attributes, we are an accommodating event facility with an open vendor policy and service-orientated staff.
We welcome you to host your next event at The Wren’s Nest!
