Hotel was great, service prompt and polite, atmosphere very nice. I don't have anything to complain about. Perhaps I expected a bit more from Ritz. It was like planing on going to Bloomingdales and instead ending up at their nice but not quite the same outlet store :) - I think you get the picture. The price was right so it was all good. I enjoyed it.I came to Atlanta for a mini marathon and was delighted to be able to stay at such a nice place. The staff were so friendly and seemed to really care about you. The room was super clean and fancy. The turn down person was super nice and even though I didn't ask for her help, she really was concerned that I had everything I needed.
