Choose from two distinct floors, each with its own personality (or upgrade to use both): Creatorspace Bottom Floor is bright, open, and modern with a clean white industrial feel, high ceilings, colorful lounge furniture, and cool art installations. Guests love this flexible space for seated events, presentations, receptions, panels, trainings, baby showers, birthdays, and creative productions. This floor is ideal when you want an open layout that can be styled for your event while still feeling bold and visually interesting. Creatorspace Top Floor Experiential Floor is immersive, colorful, and full of artistic vignettes, large-scale installations, lounge sets, ambient lighting, and a full bar setup. It is perfect for networking mixers, brand launches, cocktail-style events, birthday parties, creative workshops, private celebrations, and events where guests will want to explore, mingle, and take photos. The venue can be rented by the floor or as a full-building rental, depending on your guest count, layout, and event flow. Many clients use one floor for the main event and the other for cocktail hour, breakout sessions, content capture, vendor setup, or a VIP/lounge experience. Amenities and options include high-speed WiFi, lounge furniture, direct exterior ramp access for easier vendor load-in, A/V options, TV/screen access, microphones, bar setup options, table and chair rentals, photography services, and expanded parking options.
