All 8 of the 10 oversized bedrooms are fully furnished with a queen- or king-size Serta bed and flatscreen TVs, and feature large, en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are spectacular as they feature access to the large terrace overlooking the backyard, his and hers sinks + vanities, an oversized standing shower, an oversized jacuzzi tub, and a separate toilet room. The two additional bedrooms can be transformed for extra space. The Chef’s Kitchen is an open kitchen + dining layout that features a double island concept, 8-burner Viking stove, two 36” Sub-Zero fridge & freezer combo + wine storage, and a dining table overlooking the pool area that can seat 8-10 people. There’s additional seating in the formal dining room, as well as outdoor seating on the oversized terrace that overlooks the massive backyard and pool area. Downstairs on the basement level, you’ll find plenty to do in the game room that includes a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, darts, and a flatscreen TV perfect for watching sports or anything else. The basement also features a theater room perfect for screening movies or games, a one-of-a-kind Casablanca style bar area, and a versatile ballroom.
