We recently held our five-year anniversary party in the Crystal Banquet Hall. The hall itself was very nice and came with lounge access for our guests to use. Our communication leading up to the event with Ann was great and she promptly answered all of our questions. To make sure everything is set up properly and on time on the day of the event, we recommend you do a walkthrough of the whole area prior to start time, provide an event schedule to the venue coordinator, and put your vendors plus any family or friends helping coordinate the event in contact with the venue coordinator.
