We hosted a conference for our company and business partners at the Hampton Inn, Arlington. The events planner was helpful, funny and attentive. She showed us the options of the two rooms and helped us decide on which one would be best. After we established how many guests the room should accommodate, she went over the details on the conference room rent. I was surprised by the cost for one day and told her that our budget was $50 less than what she quoted. She worked within our budget and we were relieved. The room was set up with the chairs, tables and equipment, just as we asked. The only problem we had the day of the event was the wifi in the hotel was poor. The hotel staff told us that they needed to call an engineer to help us out but time was running out and we had to start our meeting. We decided to improvise instead. They had snacks available for the guests at break time and they provided us with water. They were generous in giving us extra time to set up before the meeting and after. The hotel is conveniently located off I-20. The hotel is very clean as well was the conference room. The bathrooms were spotless and the staff is friendly and attentive.
