Sweetdaddy’s Barn is our main working barn at Pine Knoll Farms. In addition to the necessities for a working barn, it also has a kitchen with a large stovetop and oven, stainless prep tables, a large refrigerator, and a dish sink The barn is climate-controlled, with one full bath and two half baths. It also has a large loft area with an antique round window overlooking our horse pastures and a balcony overlooking our cattle pastures that is perfect for a rehearsal dinner. The upstairs area has 50 chairs and assorted tables. There is ample room for the wedding party to dress upstairs in the loft, and downstairs in the Tack Room. The front lawn also makes a gorgeous backdrop for a wedding ceremony with a large 18th century church door from England.

The Kelly Chapel is a lovely setting in the pasture across from the Magnolia Barn. It is a quaint open Kelly chapel with seating for around 190 people on pews under cover, and the ability to accommodate more people around the Kelly chapel, while keeping visibility of the ceremony. The stage in the front of the Kelly chapel has plenty of room for a large wedding party, and the Kelly chapel is equipped with a sound system. Don't forget to ring the bell when you say, "I do!"

The Magnolia Barn is a beautiful facility with a portable stage and plenty of room for a dance floor and guest seating. The front side of the barn has a large grassy courtyard with additional room for tables or food stations, and the back of the barn has a bocce court and next to that a fire pit surrounded by porch swings, and a large chess board. We also have plenty of yard games available for your guests. Parking is in a large pasture around the barn. Provided with your rental are (25) 48" round tables, (168) chairs, (6) 36" round tables, (8) high tops, miscellaneous lanterns, (3) 10' plastic tables. (8) propane heaters are available for an additional fee. There is also a small bar provided. In addition, the bath cabin is handicap accessible. It also has a large flower cooler (not suitable for use with food), and a prep area for your caterers. This barn is perfect for Corporate Event rentals as well and can accommodate very large parties.
