Superior Service from DoubleTree Events Team — An Eventective User from Colts Neck, NJ

The Linnell Family Association of North America held its thirteenth reunion at the DoubleTree of Ann Arbor on June 26-28. 2026. We were thrilled with the facility, the food and the outstanding service. Sales Office event coordinator Amy was a delight to work with in terms of both planning and execution. During the planning period leading up to our event, she accommodated our unfortunate reductions in headcount estimates. During the final days of preparation, she provided wonderful on-site support, offering resources such as printer, paper cutter and markers free of charge. She also refined our conference room configuration to suit the smaller-than-expected size of our party. Our event began with a Friday evening social. The meeting room was perfect for our needs, with a large screen for projecting images and tables around the perimeter for displaying family artifacts. We had finger food and a bar set up in an adjacent conference room. The food was delicious and the availability of drinks much appreciated. We then had meetings Saturday and Sunday mornings as well as a banquet on Saturday evening. All functions went smoothly, aided by friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. Reunion attendees raved about the quality of the DoubleTree facilities and staff.
