The Honors Room is our smaller board room with seating capacity of 20 guests. The Apex and Summit rooms can hold up to 80 guests with a number of setup possibilities for your meeting. With a full catering menu available, we make it easy to provide any food services you may need. The Pinnacle Club offers many extras including, projector, projector screen, flat screen laptop networking access, podium, microphone, and easels.

People Often Ask
We can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 225 guests. For wedding receptions alone, we can host up to 200 guests. If you choose to host both your wedding ceremony and reception at our facility, our maximum capacity is 200 guests.
Yes! Outdoor wedding ceremonies take place on our beautiful patio attached to the west end of the club, featuring scenic views of the golf course. Outdoor ceremonies are available from April through October, weather permitting. Receptions are held indoors in our elegant reception room.
We do not hold dates. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and the payment of the full room rental fee at the time of contract signing.
Our rental rates are by the hour and pricing will vary depending on weekday/weekend rates. Setting up and tearing down any items you need to bring in will be included in your rental time.
Tables, chairs, table linens, and table skirting are included with your room rental. For outdoor patio ceremonies, white folding chairs are available for rent through the venue, or you are welcome to rent, set up, and tear down your own chairs.
All food must be catered directly through the venue. However, we do make an exception for wedding cakes and other desserts, which may be brought in. Events will not have access to our kitchens when bringing in your own desserts, and we do ask that you are responsible for your own disposable plates, silverware, napkins, trays, and serving utensils for your own desserts. All desserts need to be approved by the Food & Beverage Manager before the day of your event.
All beverages, including alcohol, must be purchased through the venue. We offer various bar setups, including hosted bars or cash bars. Credit/debit card, or cash is accepted for payment. A portable bar service is required for alcohol service and is $25/hour with a minimum of 2 hours. All alcohol must be served by our staff.
Yes, we have a Kid's Meal menu available for children 12 and under.
We offer several add-on services to complete your experience, including media and slideshow setups, professional cake cutting, head table champagne toasts, and unlimited soda packages at the bar.
