We rented this venue for our MicroWedding and it was perfect. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. We had to move the reception indoors due to wind and it easily sat 40 people with tables in a U shape in the living room. Everyone complimented the beauty of the house. It's a great place for an intimate wedding
