Full refunds can be offered up to 60 days prior to the event. 50% of all paid items can be refunded up to 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be offered after less than 30 days prior to event date. Events can be rescheduled at an amicable date and time at no additional cost. Payment can be made via check or card (5% credit card processing fee on deposits). Deposit equaling 50% site fee and a security deposit are due when the contract is signed.
