GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Guarantee: In order to provide for all attendees, a guaranteed count will be needed 72 hours in advance of the function. Unfortunately, this number may not be reduced. Should you be unable to provide us with a count, TownePlace Suites Altamonte Springs will refer to the originally contracted number and prepare accordingly. This will ensure the comfort of all in attendance. Labor Charge: hotel event space will be set up according to the above mentioned details. In the case on-site changes (such as moving tables, adding or subtracting chairs, tables, etc.) are requested, an additional labor fee of $50.00 will be assessed on the day of your event. Food & Beverage: outside food and beverage is permitted. Hotel does not offer a space to store food or beverages before or after an event. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed Room Rental: Room rental fees are determined upon original program details. Revisions from the original contract may necessitate a revision in room rental fees. 7% tax is added to all room rental fees. Room Assignments: The Sales Department reserves the right to reassign functions rooms to best service and utilize space according to the final guaranteed number of guests. Signage and Banners: Signs and banners are not permitted in the hotel lobby. In an effort to maintain appearances, the attachment of these items to function walls, floors, ceilings or curtains is also prohibited. In the event of hotel property damages due to decorations, you will be charged based on the hotels estimated cost of repair. Hotel does not allow the use of music of any kind in the event space. The person signing this agreement agrees to assist the hotel in collecting any monies for damages that occur by any guest within the group. Should these restrictions be of concern, please discuss them with your Sales Manager REPARATIONS: Event members are responsible for all lost revenue hotel incurs related to your event. Behavior that disturbs other guests including, but not limited to, excessive noise, property damage, or personal injury, is not allowed and will incur charges equal to revenue lost by hotel. Cancellations: Cancellation Prior Total Estimated Revenue 0 - 14 days 100% 15 - 21 days 50% 22 - 30 days 30%
