Terms & Deposit: If this proposal is acceptable to you please sign where it says “Your Name “, and return this page with a 75% deposit due upon approval., with the balance due two weeks prior to the date of your event on ***___,____,_______.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, for scheduling purposes, Tasteful Affairs will be notified in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled date of your event. The deposit will be returned less $ 000.00., for expenses occurred to date.
Final Guest Count: The final guest count is due 5 business days prior to your event. If we do not hear from you at that time we will use the higher guest count for preparation and billing. A lower guest count may result in a higher per person price.
***Terms and Services: Tasteful Affairs Catering will prepare
a reception with passed/stationary appetizers, plated or buffet dinner, cocktail reception, etc., for the number of Guests you have provided/ (vendor meals) / (children meals) on date of event. Set up is scheduled to begin 2 to 3 hours prior to your event. Estimated labor is based on number of hours for set up, service, and clean up. Additional hours will result in additional charges at the appropriate rate.
