The second Seasons private party room is the Balthazar Room. This room has a capacity to seat 64 guests (55 with presentation style seating). The Balthazar Room has LCD projector and screen capabilities, which may include a nominal set up fee. The food & beverage minimum starts at $750 for lunch and $1500 for dinner, before tax & gratuity. Minimums are subject to change for different times of the year and the scope of the events.

The largest Seasons private party room is the Combined Room, opening up the Balthazar and Magnum Rooms together by completely removing the air wall that usually separates them. It has a capacity to seat approximately 100 guests and features all of the amenities and capabilities of the individual rooms. The food & beverage minimum starts at $1000 for lunch and $2500 for dinner, before tax & gratuity. Minimums are subject to change for different times of the year and the scope of the events.
