Hall Rental fee is $350 for four ( 4) hour block of time, additional hours are charged at the rate of $150.00 per hour. An advance reservation deposit of $150.00 must be paid in order to hold the date. The reservation deposit is non-refundable, if a cancellation notice, in writing is not received by the Association, at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of the event. The deposit will be put to the final cost of the hall. An additional fee of $50.00 for clean-up will be added to the final bill.
