The Hollow Bar + Kitchen, established in 2013, is located in historic downtown Albany in a storied, landmark building from the late 19th century. The Hollow is a much-lauded restaurant, event & live music venue in the Capital Region, easily accessible via I-787. For over a decade, The Hollow has been seamlessly executing private events from weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate events, dinner parties, brunches, birthday & retirement celebrations to fundraisers & networking events. The Hollow is known for it's approachable yet inspired menu, boasting plant-based alternatives along with traditional meat-centric dishes. We consider all modern-day dietary preferences & lifestyles when developing our seasonal menus.
