We offer flexible meeting room configurations including banquet rounds, theater, classroom, U-shape, and more setups to suit a variety of event needs. To support successful events, we provide a full range of audio-visual capabilities including projectors, screens, televisions, microphones, Bluetooth connectivity, podiums, and additional presentation equipment upon request. Our dedicated team is also available to assist with planning and execution to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Our on-site culinary team offers customizable catering options designed to fit a variety of events, from continental breakfasts and coffee breaks to lunches, receptions, and buffet-style dinners. We are happy to work with you to create a menu tailored to your specific needs and vision. For weddings and special occasions, we offer complimentary courtesy room blocks for out-of-town guests, making it easy for family and friends to stay together. The event space can also be arranged as a private getting-ready room for wedding parties prior to ceremonies and receptions. For more intimate gatherings, our restaurant and bar area may be available for private rental during non-operating hours, and bar service can be extended beyond regular restaurant hours for private events and after parties, creating a fully customized experience for your guests. Conference and banquet space rentals START at $250 for up to 4 hours in our smaller meeting rooms and $550 for up to 4 hours in our larger meeting spaces. Full-day rentals typically start at $550 for smaller spaces and $1,100 for larger spaces, depending on the specific details and requirements of the event. Please note that social events, such as holiday parties, reunions, celebrations, and similar gatherings, typically have higher rental rates due to the additional setup, staffing, and service requirements. We understand that budget is an important part of the planning process and strive to be as flexible as possible whenever we can. If you have a specific budget in mind, we'd be happy to discuss your event and work with you to find an option that best meets your needs. All meeting room rental fees are subject to an 8% New York State sales tax and a 24% administrative/service charge.
We offer full-service on-site catering with a diverse menu that includes breakfast, lunch, appetizers, and buffet-style dinners. Additionally, we have an on-site restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, featuring a full bar and an outdoor lounge for guests to enjoy.
