Your venue package includes: • Full-day rental of the property • 18 tables and 202 chairs (plus 30 more on the covered deck) — seating up to 202 guests • Additional tables for cakes, food, and décor • A built-in bar area with a microwave and refrigerator • Climate-controlled comfort — fully heated, air-conditioned, and insulated • Spacious bridal and groom suites, both well-lit and equipped with a flat-screen TV for slideshows or videos • Handicap accessibility throughout the venue Stress-Free Experience We believe your day should be joyful and worry-free. That’s why your package also includes: • Professional clean-up service during and after your event • Four attendants on-site to handle spills, trash, and restrooms • Time for rehearsal and for taking bridal or engagement photos on-site • A ceremony coordinator at rehearsal to direct your procession and answer questions Brides may arrive as early as 8:30 AM, and receptions include 4 hours from the start of the ceremony. Additional time is available at $500 per half hour, with all events concluding by 10:00 PM. Pricing • Weekend Weddings (Fri–Sun): $5,400 • Weekday Weddings: $3,800 • Deposit: 25% non-refundable to secure your date • Payment Schedule: o First payment due 6 months prior o Final payment due 4 months prior Bonus: Use our Preferred DJ, East Entertainment, and receive a $200 discount—bringing your total to $5,200.
