The following fees apply for rental of the space: During regular business hours of 8AM – 6PM, for non-exclusive use, there is no charge for the space if no additional staff is required. If wine service is required for more than 20 people, then exclusive fees apply. For after hour events, from 6PM – 11PM (all events must conclude by 11PM), or exclusive use during business hours, fees will vary based on the number of people attending the event. 1-20 people/$100 for first hour, $50 for every hour thereafter 21- 40 people/$125 for first hour, $75 for every hour thereafter 41 – 60 people/$150 for first hour, $100 for every hour thereafter 61-100 people/$175 for first hour, $125 for every hour thereafter
