The final number depends on event length, attendance, schedule and activity. All delivered images are professionally selected and edited, with unnecessary duplicates, test shots and unusable frames removed.
Standard delivery is within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery and same-day social media selects may be available for an additional fee.
RAW and unedited files are not included. Final images are professionally selected, colour corrected and edited to ensure a consistent finished gallery.
RAW files may be purchased for an additional cost.
Yes. Same-day selects can be added for events where the marketing or social team needs content while the event is still happening.
One photographer is sufficient for most smaller and mid-sized events. A second photographer may be recommended for larger guest counts, multiple rooms, simultaneous activities, or extensive coverage requirements. We will discuss this during out initial consultation!
Yes. A priority shot list can be provided to us in advance so important people, branding and moments receive appropriate coverage.
Yes. Standard corporate usage for the commissioning company’s website, social media, internal communications and general marketing is included unless otherwise specified.
Yes. Shot lists are welcome, particularly for sponsor obligations, executives, speakers, awards, products or specific brand requirements.
Coverage is based on the booked time. Additional coverage may be added on the day if availability allows and will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Parking, venue access fees and travel outside the standard service area may be billed separately where applicable.
