Agreement Details Client wishes to utilize studio space for an event as detailed in this Agreement. Reservation Details. Only use the studio during purchased rental period and utilize sent pin pad code to enter. Reservation begins at the start of the purchased rental time and renter must be out of the Studio at the end of the purchased rental period. Rental time includes set up, break down, and cleaning. Renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party. Events are encouraged to not include over 30 people due to the size of the space. Event Insurance. Studio V + V encourages proof of event insurance. You are able to receive your policy from any insurance company - but we have attached links below for your convenience. Eventsured Progressive Event Insurance Requirements: Each Occurrence (Includes Bodily Injury and Property Damage) $1,000,000 Additional Insured: Mid-America Apartments, L.P. Host Liquor Coverage if alcohol will be served Address of Event: 15570 Spectrum Ave, Addison, TX 75001 Damage and Cleaning. Renter will leave the studio as it was found. All backdrops and furniture will be returned to their original place and all trash will be thrown away. Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces. Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls. Move all furniture and equipment with care to avoid scratching on the floor (refrigerator and Amazon Echo not to be moved). Leave the Studio and all fixtures in the same condition they were when the renter arrives. All items brought to the Studio by renter are to be removed by renter. If the Studio is not in the same condition after rental time, Renter agrees to pay, if applicable, a minimum of $300 cleaning fee. For premises/property damages (furniture, floor, building, etc.), renter agrees to pay total repair costs selected at Studio V + V owner's discretion. Restrictions. • Renter will keep all music to a respectful level as to not disturb other businesses/patrons in the area. The Studio will provide an Amazon Echo as the sole medium for sound. • No smoking is allowed in the Studio. • Nudity is prohibited in the studio. • All renters under 18 years old will need to be supervised by an adult. • No animals are allowed in the studio. Cancellation. You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 3 hours before your reservation is set to begin by contacting info@studiovandv.com or cancelling from your original confirmation email. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked (if your booking was 1, 2, or 3 hours) or the dollar amount spent (for half day or full day rentals) that can be applied towards a future rental with us. Full day, short day and half day rental hours cannot be split up and used separately. Your credit will expire 18 months from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 3 hours of the start time of your reservation will not be given a credit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Permitted Uses of Product(s). Renter grants the studio for commercial use of all images at event only so long as the studio provides renter with attribution each time the studio uses renter's property. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, use within the following contexts: 1. In photos on Studio V + V's social media pages or profiles Force Majeure. Notwithstanding the above, either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to: 1. A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, pandemic, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or 2. War, Invasion, Act of Foreign Enemies, Embargo, or other Hostility (whether declared or not); or 3. Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.
