We planned a birthday/celebration in this space with a caterer (from across the street) and found Sergiy to be very accommodating and helpful. He was very responsive to inquiries during the planning process, included extras if possible to keep things running along, and helped with setting up and breaking down. For the type of space and quality of service vs. the price, this place can't be beat. Go check it out!
