Our beautiful, historic house (circa 1829) is handicapped accessible, is wi-fi accessible, and available for rent for up to 75 people, (per fire laws). The Clubhouse is typically rented out for: Bridal Showers Baby Showers Small weddings and receptions Bar or Bat Mitzvahs Retirement parties Birthday parties Non-profit fund raisers Memorial services After funeral collations The downstairs is suitable for 30-35 people. A charming living room or sitting room at the front of the house opens into the dining room. There is also a kitchen off the dining room, and a handicapped accessible bathroom. The upstairs, reachable by two staircases and a lift, is a hall, suitable for 75 people. There is a stage with an upright piano and a built-in sound system with speakers and a microphone. The house has a large TV screen on the stage for showing videos and pictures. Wi-Fi is also available. There are eight 8-foot long tables with comfortable folding chairs.
