Our floral and event design services can be tailored for intimate gatherings, mid-size celebrations, and larger events. Depending on the selected experience, event location, venue layout, and approved design scope, we can support events with up to 500 guests.
Final guest capacity depends on the venue hosting the event, while Floral Eden helps design the floral and décor elements to fit the space beautifully.
The Floral Eden does not offer catering services directly.
However, depending on the event needs, we may be able to coordinate with outside caterers or work alongside the client’s selected catering team to ensure the floral design, décor styling, and overall event presentation feel cohesive.
Clients are welcome to bring in their own licensed caterer, and we recommend sharing catering details in advance so setup timing, table placement, food displays, and décor elements can be properly coordinated.

The Floral Eden booking process begins with an inquiry, followed by communication to understand your event date, location, guest count, floral needs, design vision, and preferred investment.
From there, we guide you through the next steps, which may include a consultation, proposal, signed agreement, and initial payment to officially reserve your event date.
After booking, clients move into our coordination process. This includes continued communication and scheduled coordination calls where we review important event details, design direction, placement, timing, logistics, mock images when applicable, and any final updates needed before the event.
Yes. On-site parking is available for guests visiting The Floral Eden by appointment.
For larger events, vendor visits, or scheduled consultations, we recommend confirming parking details in advance so we can help ensure a smooth arrival and setup experience.
Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in each client’s signed Floral Eden agreement.
If the client cancels the event, payments made are non-refundable due to reserved availability, design preparation, planning time, and floral or décor sourcing.
If Floral Eden must cancel for any reason, payments made may be applied as a credit toward a future Floral Eden service or event, based on availability and the terms of the signed agreement.

We didn’t want the wedding looking basic or thrown together, and Jayelyn made the whole thing feel clean, organized, and beautiful from the ceremony to the reception. She handled the ceremony flowers, cocktail hour pieces, centerpieces, candles, setup, moving things around, and all the breakdown without bothering us once. That part alone was worth it. The ceremony looked sharp, the reception looked like a whole different room, and everything matched without looking overdone. People kept asking who did the wedding flowers all night. I’m not easy to impress, but Floral Eden did a real good job.
