Locally known as the "Farrell Building", it was the first commercial brick building constructed in Downtown Historic Aberdeen, North Carolina in 1900. Located in the Central Business District at the corner of Main Street and Sycamore Street, this building has been at the epicenter of community, commerce, economic and rural development for many generations. The 2nd floor of this building houses a total of six single occupancy executive offices overlooking Sycamore and Main Street, nestled in the heart of Downtown Historic Aberdeen, NC. Designed with 2021 in mind, our meeting space features a full video-conferencing suite and seating for up to 18 individuals. (10 table + 8 around the room) Limited space for catering.
