This package is for the DIY Wedding: Rental of our Hall: You will have our hall for the entire day if required. This includes all the set up and take down of tables, chairs & tablecloths (white or red) (not included: chair covers, sashes or table runners), use of our sound system (basic plug and play) and our 12’x12’ dance floor. We also include a microphone & podium if you have a MC or if people wish to make speeches, and a projector and screen for slideshows. The extra bonus is you don’t have to worry about cleaning anything up! You can come, party and leave and my staff will take care of the rest. Bakery Credit: Included in your Emerald Wedding Package is a $150.00 credit to a local bakery. There are 4 different bakeries to choose from and Best Western will provide a $150.00 credit towards any services provided, from cakes, cupcakes and more. Honeymoon in our Jacuzzi Suite: Our Jacuzzi Suite will be the perfect way to end your big day, it has a beautiful 4 poster king sized bed, big flat screen TV and the Jacuzzi tub is right in the room for the two of you to relax. This is also where you will find your special gift from the hotel to help you celebrate. We also offer and automatic late checkout of 1:00PM the next morning so you are able to sleep in.

She has all the resources and creativity to bring your vision to life, and can not only offer her own decorating services but she has a wide array of resources for other necessities like flower arrangements, limo services etc. for an additional fee. Her services include decor and centre pieces for the head table, cake table, guest tables and registry table along with silk flowers, chair covers, and table runners.
