We were referred by a friend to check out this venue and it was nothing but amazing. It has an outside balcony separate room for a DJ separate room for a bar open floor plan with a room for food. It was absolutely beautiful and highly recommend it. I looked at 10 other venues And by far this was the best one that I could find for the money. You will not be disappointed in anyway. Tibo and Christopher were amazing to work with and so helpful! I will have more events there in the future.

When we contacted Chris (owner), he was open, accommodating and honest about Penthouse 450 and put everything on hold until our arrival 11/22/22 to make our decision of whether to use Penthouse for our Family Thanksgiving gathering on 11/24/22! Penthouse 450's interior design is top standard; clean and well maintained; and the ambiance, setting and atmosphere is outstanding; in fact, so phenomenal that other family members will be contacting Chris, in the future, to host other events! His Staff was incredibly professional and clearly took pride in their work and very personable! Most importantly, they were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to welcome us, and to make use feel comfortable! We HIGHLY recommend using Penthouse 450 for any major or minor event; we certainly will, without any doubt whatsoever! To Christ and the Staff at Penthouse 450, THANK YOU!

A great place to host an event

I hosted an unusually Memorial for my late husband at Penthouse 450. The site was perfect! Not your cold, nondescript banquet hall but a cozy, elegant, beautifully furnished venue. Black and white marble floors, royal blue couches, glass and chrome coffee tables, high tops and table height seating with clear acrylic chairs and bar stools. The staff was on point, friendly and very accommodating. The only negative I had was trying to find parking but it was Saturday, beautiful weather, lunch time in downtown Winter Park. Your event with Penthouse 450 will give you peace of mind and lasting memories. Dee S

I used Penthouse 450 to host a surprised 40th birthday party for my boyfriend. After spending almost a month searching for venues, I decided on this location because all of the other venues are ridiculously overpriced and Penthouse 450 decor is so nice that there is minimal decoration required. The staff was accommodating and helpful and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I will definitely utilize Penthouse 450 for future events.

Fantastic venue!

We couldn’t have been happier with this venue for our mom’s surprise 70th birthday party! It’s a beautiful space with a great flow, and it accommodated our party of 40 fantastically (and could have accommodated even more)! Chris and Tim were fantastic to work with. They were always available for questions and to help set up our AV preferences (since the space has many TVs on which we played slideshows of photos and did a video presentation for the birthday girl). That they offer the option of blowing up helium balloons and using their decorations was super practical, and I would definitely recommend it. The lighting they offer for the space makes all the difference and gives it the finishing touch, making it look like a million bucks! Really a gem of a venue!!
