The entire ballroom may be rented for Saturday evenings, or weekday mornings and afternoons.
Smaller sections of the ballroom may be reserved during the Ballroom's open dance nights of Wednesday, Friday, Saturdays (if available), and Sundays.

The ballroom can be arranged to have an intimate feel for a small group. It can also accommodate up to 500 seated guests.
Rental fees vary according to the day of the week, duration of your event, staff required and other factors. As there are many variables in determining the rental fees, more precise figures can be given only after we have received more information. Our rates start at $3,000.
Hollywood Ballroom will work with the caterers and vendors you select, having worked with many in the area. We have a Beer/Wine license and we offer the convenience of purchasing your wine and beer directly from us as per Montgomery County Department of Liquor Control requirements. In keeping with the Rules and Regulations of the Board of License Commissioners of Montgomery County, the Ballroom is not permitted to allow renters to bring in their own beer, wine or spirits.
We are a full service banquet hall specializing in weddings, Traditional African weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvah's, Quinceanera's, Sangeets, Henna parties, business & corporate functions. We have two very large halls (the largest seating up to 400 guests) and a modern foyer for all your event needs and we are setting the standard in first class service. Please call us between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to schedule a guided tour of our banquet halls and to check on your date availability.
