Although staff is onsite, onsite support is available for the initial 20mins, but not throughout events and if needed requires an additional fee, so please plan accordingly. The space is essentially "yours" for the time requested. We kindly ask that you treat our space like your home, because it is! Unfortunately because we are a historic landmark destination, our space gets a lot of inquires and bookings and sometime no-shows so we have implemented a tour fee. Space tours are available for $30 fee and must be scheduled with host. This fee can be deducted from a confirmed booking total.
