Washington Hall has been a welcoming place where people gather, create, entertain, and celebrate since it was built in 1908. The Hall has been a cultural home to many communities and art forms, and for a long time embodied the soul of Seattle’s Central Area.
Washington Hall has a deep history as a performing arts venue and community gathering space. Our two historic spaces, the Lodge Room and the Main Hall, are available for anyone in the community to rent for performances, weddings, rehearsals, meetings and more. With an open floorplan, and beautiful historic architecture, each room is a blank slate for any event.
Washington Hall offers two, versatile event spaces available for one-time or short term rental. The Main Hall on the second floor (with balcony) is a space that is perfect for larger public events, parties, and performances. The first floor Lodge Room is suitable for classes, meetings, lectures, and rehearsals. Both spaces have an open floor plan to allow for maximum flexibility.
