To confirm these arrangements on a definite basis, please carefully review and sign each Banquet Event Order, then return to your catering representative. The hotel reserves the right to relocate your function(s) to another room. Food, Beverage, Audio/Visual and Rental Prices are subject to change. The listed pricing excludes all applicable taxes. The room will be set according to the Client’s Specifications, and any last-minute set-up changes/requests will result in a $200.00 labor fee for each event day. Credit/ Debit cards are required upon booking. The meeting space is subject to a $250.00 minimum incidental hold. Once the room has been assessed and is in satisfactory condition, your incidentals will be released in 3-7 business days. If the rental space and equipment are not returned in working condition at the end of your event, the $250.00 incidental hold will be charged without notice and not released. Meeting room cancellations must be in writing or via email to the hotel on or before one week prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. After this date, the following penalties will apply. 1st day rental fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.
