All events have a required food and beverage minimum for the specific date, and a separate room rental fee. Food and minimums start at $2,000 for weekdays and increase for weekends and holidays.

Terms and Conditions
The room rental fee is non-refundable and paid ahead of time to secure the space for your date and to cover linens and other costs. The food and beverage minimum is before tax and gratuity and the deposit does not go towards this. The total payment for all food and drinks as well as the associated tax and gratuity is required at the conclusion of the event.
