The 3rd floor is dedicated event space and is compiled of 3 separate rooms that all flow into each other. The Estate Room is a beautiful room that has two fireplaces, exposed wooden beam ceiling, original brick walls from when the building was originally constructed in 1866 and a wall of antique mirrors rimmed with gold frames. This room would be recommended for your guests to sit and eat in. It comes with repurposed wooden tables and chairs. No linens needed. The Velvet Room is perfect for cocktail hour. Compiled of all black velvet furniture with gold accent rivets which includes a full size couch, two ottomans, a love seat and four individual velvet chairs. Sit down, put your feet up and relax in this swanky styled room. Then leading out from the Velvet Room you have the Terrace. Intimate rooftop space that can hold about 22 people and overlooks historical district. This terrace has strung up lights that twinkle in the moonlight.
The 2nd floor is overflow from the main dining floor and is therefore required to "buy-out" the restaurant in order to secure the space. The food & beverage minimum will range depending on the day of the week and time of year. This floor is compiled of several different rooms that all flow into each other and a dedicated bar (Ellis Bar) that gives a "speak-easy" type feel to the room. All rooms have exposed wooden beams and original brick walls from when the building was originally constructed in 1866.
