Our beautiful bayfront, with its natural foliage and historic mansions facing Sarasota Bay, is a popular location for weddings and celebrations. The elegant, early 20th-century College Hall is the former home of circus magnate Charles Ringling and his wife Edith. It offers a gracious living room with curving wrought-iron staircase and expansive fire place, an enclosed portico overlooking the bay, and a wood-paneled music room with high, fresco-timbered ceilings, burnished wood floor and grand piano. The venue rental is $10,000 plus tax (5.5%) and a $750 refundable damage deposit and includes use of the Mansion’s Living Room, Ringling’s Music Room, Indoor Patio space overlooking the Sarasota Bayfront and use of (almost all of) the Bayfront Lawn from Noon – 12:01 am. (Events with 130 or more guests, will require additional rental of portable restrooms.)
