Our Main Event Room is 750 sq ft with large windows, a lofty ceiling with industrial light fixtures, a stunning blue/grey weathered wood wall, large scale art and a grey stained concrete floor. Half Day $600* Full Day $1000* These rates are for events that are completely contained in the main room-usually corporate /business meetings, small baby showers, etc. If your event has a larger number of people or if you'd like to have access to the prep kitchen, extra space in the reception annex, or seating/anything set up outside, please see the "Flat Rate Event" option. RENTAL FEE (Flat rate, no tax) 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. $650 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. $1000 Or $200 if hourly (3 hour minimum on weekends) INCLUDED AMENITIES Exclusive use of main room, reception annex, 2 unisex bathrooms, and catering kitchen (fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, tabletop broiler, shelves for storage and 6ft stainless steel prep table). 3 West Elm leather couches (2 white, 1 tan), 10 6ft buffet tables, 50 french industrial metal chairs, furniture set up and cleaning fee. CATERING We allow guests to bring in outside catering with NO vendor charge. Bring your own, use a professional caterer, or a combination of both. ALCOHOL Private hosts may have alcohol available for their guests under the following provisions: No underage drinking, no drinking outside, and no charging of any kind for the alcohol (no cash bar, drink tickets, entry tickets, etc.) You do not need a professional bartender under these circumstances. 50% of rental fees and any add-ons are due upon reservation + a refundable $200 security deposit. Remaining balance is due 30 days before event.
We had my husbands surprise 40th birthday party at London Studios. I can’t say enough good things about it. From booking the space to the end of the event, the owners were top notch. The space itself is perfect for any event. We loved that it already had a great vibe with the guitars, pictures and the awesome wood wall. You can really make this space your own for any event. If you are looking for a cool space, great location and great owners to work with you on anything you need, this is the place for you. Everyone at the party kept commenting on how unique the space was. I would Recommend London Studios to everyone. They had everything g we needed. We rented the kitchen area and their linens, chairs and tables. As well as the PA system. Our party was about 75 people and it fit us perfectly. They are more than reasonably priced and were so helpful. Johnny and Emily were so great to work with!
We had a huge Halloween party here for 100 of our friends. We did appetizers and desserts in the reception annex and had dancing and mingling in the main room. Every corner is perfect for a photo op, we had our own hashtag for the night and everyone kept commenting & asking online where this awesome place was. Totally perfect choice for us. Owners are super cool, everything was set and ready when we got there, great communication during the planning stages and just a really memorable cool space. My sister wishes she knew about it before she booked her reception somewhere else! We loved the space. Thanks guys!
I had a small, laid back wedding and it went perfectly. I initially picked the place because it had most of the decor, set up, and amenities i needed. But in the end the scenery, location and close convenient stores came in handy and everything came together. Super easy to clean up and no problems getting my deposit back. Very affordable and ideal for medium size get togethers.
This is a great place for a party of 40-50 people - very nice location and owners.
