This rate is perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, birthday parties, retirement celebrations, cocktail receptions, and intimate dinners. This rate includes the use of the first floor of the house and the porches. Interior only events may not set-up outside on the grounds. Additionally, please note that items including tents may be set-up on the grounds from events happening the day before. These items may not be used for interior only events.
