The Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection is delighted to host a wide array of events, including birthday celebrations, engagement parties, Quinceaneras, baby showers, sweet sixteen parties, corporate meetings, training seminars, holiday parties, and other special social gatherings.
To ensure the highest quality, seamless service, and an exceptional culinary experience, all food and beverage services must be provided exclusively by The Castle Hotel's in-house catering team. Our culinary team is committed to creating a menu that reflects your vision while delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction. We are happy to customize our menus as well as create custom menus to suit your event theme, budget, dietary preferences, and special requests, ensuring a personalized dining experience for you and your guests. The only exception is specialty cakes and desserts, which may be provided by a licensed and insured bakery or approved vendor.
A typical room rental includes additional set up/breakdown time, event tables (round, rectangle and high tops), black or white linen and napkins, event chairs, place settings (including china, glassware, and flatware), complimentary day of parking for all event attendees, wireless internet, room cleaning, and our experienced event manager and event staff who can assist with set up/breakdown and detailing.

Holiday Inn Castle is a Fairytale Wedding Venue — An Eventective User from Ocala, Florida
My husband and I held our wedding at the Holiday Inn Castle Hotel on International Drive in Orlando Florida. It is located close to the Orlando theme parks, especially close to Universal Orlando. We had a summer wedding in July of 2011. Upon our first visit to the hotel we were very impressed with the fun atmosphere, as well as the professionalism of the staff. The wedding packages were inclusive and but also adjustable based on our budget. We decided to use the hotel for our ceremony and reception because it was a beautiful location that fit into our budget. It was the first and best decision we made. The hotel provides you with an event planner that takes care of all the details. Just about everything for the reception was included in the price of the catering so our event planner took care of ordering everything for us; we just had to choose what we wanted. This included all of the tables, chairs, linens, table covers, plates and silverware, and flower centerpieces. We were able to pick the food we wanted on the buffet and taste it in advance. Then on the day of the wedding all of the details were taken care of for us. All of our family and friends were impressed by the hotel and the food. They dined on roast beef, blackened mahi mahi, and chicken cordon-bleu. The buffet was impressive, set up with the food, salads, and sides. There was more than enough good food to eat and many guests were able to go back for seconds. We have the most wonderful memories of our special day especially because of the Holiday Inn Castle hotel.
