We offer several event spaces including the elegant, columnless Rosen Ballroom (approximately 2,500 sq. ft.) for indoor receptions, and our scenic Lakeside Outdoor Pavilion, which features a covered roof, ceiling fans, and beautiful views of our fountain lake. We also have smaller, intimate indoor spaces such as our Reflections and Serenity rooms.
The Rosen Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 130 guests for a plated dinner and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception.
Yes, we do. Any outside catering company must be fully licensed and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming both the client and the hotel as beneficiaries at least 14 days prior to the event. Self-catered events must bring or rent all necessary utensils, plates, warming equipment, and trash bags, and are subject to additional service fees.
Our ballroom rental package includes up to 20 round tables with banquet chairs, house linens, a dance floor (up to 20x20), cake/gift/sweetheart tables, professional serving staff, a complimentary one-night stay for the organizer or couple, and discounted guest room blocks with complimentary parking.
Yes, you can host your ceremony at our beautifully landscaped Lakeside Pavilion Ceremony Grounds. Ceremony rentals include up to 40 white resin padded chairs, a fruit-infused water station, a ceremonial unity table with linen, and access to the Rosen Ballroom Patio for your cocktail hour.

Standard receptions and parties typically include a 4-hour timeframe, with designated set-up and breakdown times. Extensions are available for an additional hourly fee, with events ending by 11:00 PM unless alternate arrangements are made.

Every request was attended to. Pavilion for the ceremony with an outstanding view. Cocktail hour with great tasting treats. Main event room had every detail well taken care off. Very professional staff. Everyone was very happy with their services.
