Petite Bourbon is located in the heart of the world renowned French Quarter. We are the ONLY facility in the Quarter with a ballroom, balcony, AND courtyard. The most unique part of Petite Bourbon is just beyond our courtyard. Here lies a cozy niche’ that was most certainly used as a hidden chamber, wine cave, or dining alcove.
Our historical site is capable of handling any event with a capacity of 150 in our ballroom and additionally another 150 in the courtyard.
Our 40' balcony with an innate New Orleans charm overlooks the street that never closes, Rue Bourbon Street. Adorned with brass chandeliers, the ballroom's hardwood floors have traces from the ancestors who enjoyed this space a time long, long ago. With its exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and French doors, this room is eccentrically inviting! Below in our courtyard, you can feel a wonderful breeze from the 65 foot long alley. A space for exhibits, demonstrations, weddings, it can be rented with or without the upstairs ballroom & balcony. Along the courtyard lies our little secret, the "Lee Room" (named after one of its ancestors, the late Sheriff Harry Lee). This 44×12 “niche” is the perfect place for an intimate wedding or a small seminar. It has exposed beams along with 2 large double doors that open into the courtyard. Petite Bourbon is a stunning venue that encompasses the romance and history of Louisiana searched for by so many.
