Groups 15 or more are required to have a CC on file to secure space. For groups less than 20 no deposit is required, for groups larger than 20, a deposit of 50% of total is due upon contract signing. The deposit will be deducted from final bill which is payable on day of event, unless otherwise specified. Cancellations performed 72 hours or more prior to the day of the event are subject to full refund, unless outside purchases/vendors were utilized, in which cost of set purchases/vendors will be deducted. Cancellations performed more than 24hrs but less than 72 hours, will be subject to a 50% refund, unless otherwise specified by Chotto Matte management. Cancellations performed less than 24 hours prior or on the day of, are not subject to any discount unless otherwise specified by Chotto Matte management. If there is a charge to be performed due to cancellation policy, the CC on file will be utilized to pay for this transaction. Chotto Matte will not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under the legal age of 21 or to anyone visibly believed to be overly intoxicated or under the influence of any other illegal substance. Chotto Matte management reserves the right to cut off alcoholic beverage service to any individual or group if deemed necessary due to unsafe behavior or those creating an uncontrollable environment. If service is cut off due these situations, the guests are not subject to a refund for the contracted amount.
