For all booking made by November 30, 2016, The Charleston Haus is offering a promotional rate of $200/HR with one complimentary hour + $250 cleaning fee + $250 security fee + $500 full refundable damage deposit. The Charleston Haus features a full commercial kitchen, customized LED lighting, and surround sound throughout the space. The rental fee includes all the furnishings you see in the picture, use of Sonos surround sound, and wifi. We also offer valet parking, DJ services and a Photo Booth at an additional cost. You are allowed to bring in outside catering. However, if the caterer needs to use the kitchen there is an outside kitchen use fee of $300. We do offer full service catering if interested. Our alcohol license does not allow other parties to bring alcohol onto the premises for consumption. We can customize the drink service (cash or hosted bar) to match your taste and budget for your event.
